If the receivers at Ole Miss were such great blockers why can't they establish a running game? Your wide receiver core outside of Lequan Treadwell is a joke he was held to 86 yards in the last meeting. You only passed for 156yds total and 30 something more came on a screen pass to the rb.Evan Ingram is definitely not a first or second round pick did you forget he was held without a catch in last years game but,he wasn't the only one. Heard so much about your dominant receiving core last season yes they look all world against bums.

Oh so one game makes them inept....gotcha! I guess that was last year. Unlike this year when a team that had just given up +300 yards passing to Southern Miss held your fantastic receiving corps to 76 yards....76 yards......less than half of what Ole Miss put up on your D. Yeah so one game proves everything dumbass!

LSU has great receivers and doesn't pass nearly enough for that talented line-up. They're banking on Franks to come in and lead the charge....Harris is getting better though. 100% Davis goes to Ole Miss. He's more than a receiver.

So we should take carries away from a heisman contender? The fact is we are going to do what we're best at to win games. Until someone shuts Fournette down, there's no reason to throw the ball 30-35 times in a game.
Either way, it's a good "problem" to have. We have the receivers to turn to in the pass game should we need to, can you say the same about Ole Miss' RBs if your pass game gets shut down?

The only thing we're banking on Franks is to start at QB after Harris leaves when he does. Harris is a big time talent and has done everything very good so far this year, he just hasn't been asked to throw the ball around much. 0 turnovers and the 2nd highest Total QBR in the nation. He's been highly efficient and has had quite a few big plays wiped out unfortunately (but the throws were absolutely there).
