Yeah, not buying this one. The only funny reversal regarding Williams is the SurlyHorns posters that spent all spring and summer calling Williams a very slow, future undersized linebacker that was not needed in their class.

This young man just got a massive ratings bump in the latest 247 datapoints.
He went from their 606th ranked player in the country to the 139th best player in the country.
Makes you wonder how stuff like that happens.
