Well I can't say I regularly look at pics of Tate. Here is the first one I saw on 247.

With Sumlin at the helm he will crash and burn within a year. Good news for Martell is that Summy is getting canned after this season.

Hell yes it puts us back in good position. We now have someone who can start after game 5 next year. We were all worried about what was going to happen when the yearly crash occurs.
I kid. I think he is a great pickup and it looks like Mazzone is breaking Sumlin of his lust for midget QBs. Just like everyone on here runs around pointing out that JFF was a 3 star I picture Sumlin running around pointing out that JFF was a midget QB. Hey sometimes it works but come on.

Pretty good job imo of recovering in a relatively short period of time. They add a little more depth and an experienced senior in Knight who is ready to play now. You can do a whole hell of a lot worse at back up than Hubenak. I assume Martell probably plays as a freshman. Kid is off the charts.

No way Martell doesn't start till his redshirt junior year right? That seems unlikely. Guess it could happen if Starkel turns out to be a player

ESPN has Starkel as a 4-star. Elite 11 guys say he has great arm talent. I was talking to them in DC and they said he has way better decision making and vision than Kyle Allen.

Wasn't able to watch. 8-14 for 76 yards and 2 TDs.
