3 STAR OL Joe Crocker commits to Mississippi State

6' 6" 310lb 39th OT in class and 15 ranked Prospect in TN with offers from Wisconsin, Mich ST, AR, TN, GA, OM among others, really nice offer list.
Leach values OL. He says it's the most important position. This guy is the 2nd good get for State in this class on the OL. High 3 star that could bump up to 4 star by the end of the year.
These two OL in State's class alone are better than most years of Mullen OL recruiting.

When you get to the SEC, you will find lots of players on lots of teams that actually can play of which you have never heard.

If I was a coach, I’d automatically offer every OL that Wisconsin offers

He is also trying to recruit 4* QB Chris Parsons to State

I am hoping Parsons will be in Starkville this weekend and commit to State over the next week or so. I don't know if we get him or not. Just my hopes.
It's good to get your QB in the boat as early as possible to help with other recruiting. I think it could help get a couple WR's they are targeting.
Parson's is a mobile threat QB that has been lacking from Leach's offense. The last couple QB's he has signed out of HS have been more mobile. I think Leach is looking for that extra dimension in a QB to run his offense that can scramble for first or just extend plays. They may even throw in a few designed QB runs if he gets the right guy.
Parson's decommitted from FSU last week after being committed since last July. I am not sure of the circumstance. Sure, I have heard stuff but I don't have a clue if any are correct or not. I know this, I will love for him to end up in Starkville.

Yes. His offer sheet is legit and his a high 3 star and probably a 4 star before it’s said and done.

If Wisconsin wanted him he's probably going to be pretty damn good.
