If A&M gets King they will be fine at QB for a while. I'm pretty high on Calzada as well. Stowers has a lot of work to do but hey he is young and very raw at the QB position.

HS stats are hard to judge as the HS team they may play on may be complete shite

We aren't jealous of anybody's QBs anywhere homey. We'll stick with Vandagriff.

Stud athlete. QB is yet to be determined. And none of this matters if we get King

Not trying to shite on A&M, but I’ve seen this guy multiple times, incredible runner, but is an awful passer. He couldn’t pass well against weak high school competition and I think he is extremely overrated. Like I said incredible runner, I don’t think he can play QB in the SEC. Inconsistent, mind isn’t there yet, and inaccurate arm. I hope he puts it all together because I’ve talked to him a couple times and he seems like a good dude.

Max Johnson completed 39% of his passes last year and T.J. Finley completed 47% of his passes

Pretty funny that you’re here critiquing a guy that would be the best passer in your class.

At least Finley and Jonhson had more TDs then INTs

Finley has 37 TDs to 13 INTs and 4500 yards.

Max Johnson's stats don't look good at all, but I did read somewhere that his whole high school is pretty bad at football. Hopefully he turns out well but who knows.

I wouldn't bank on high school stats too much anyways for them. Because while they might be good QBs, the rest of the offense they have might be awful. It's hard to judge without watching them yourself in person.

Did I ever say anything about our QB’s at all? I’m not recruiting QB’s for LSU. No need to get defensive. I told you honest opinions about him. Go up to Denton Guyer next year and watch some games. Take your head out of your arse and you would say the same thing. Pretty fricking hilarious bro.

I’ll jump in and play this game. TJ Finley had absolutely no one to throw to at his high school that would even be considered a good high school player and his head coach knows nothing about the passing game. He’s been running the veer option for 30 years. Johnson had some injuries and wasn’t able to play the entire season but has looked great going into his senior year. Glad to know LSU occupies so much space in that dome of yours. You all think Jimbo is the lord and savior but fail to realize he lost 3 games/year in the ACC. Congrats on the pick up though.

Seems like you’re getting defensive “bro.” Not my fault our “overrated” QB recruit can complete more passes than both your guys. I’ll go watch some games, if he’s still struggling in his second year on varsity, then you may have a point.

However, we have a coach who can actually develop him. How long has it been since LSU could say that?

Any more excuses? Was the humidity okay? Were the balls properly inflated?

I’m very happy we got Jimbo. Enjoy Coach O though. We’ll pretend 2015 never happened.

I’d be very happy if I were you as well since A&M has never won much of anything in your lifetime. Not making excuses either. I’m giving you reasons why their completion percentage looked off. Do you actually think Finley and Johnson would have the offers they have if they weren’t any good? No reason for you to shite on those kids.

Then there’s absolutely no reason for another fan to come over here and call a kid extremely overrated. See my point?
