The actual CEO of 247 Shannon Terry has Javonne Shepherd in his Top 10.

Why am I on the SEC Rant and there's a flock of Texas fans breaking down their recruiting needs for 2020?

Do they not have their own Big 12 boards?

And his best friend and biggest ally in the business is Bobby Burton. Didnt help your cause. Even Texas fans dont think Sheppard was a top 10 national player. Arguable he wasnt a top 10 OT. I believe he was but its debatable.

Jones is a hard commit to A&M. Doesn't matter if Texas pushes or not - nobody wants to play the Kansas and Baylors of the world.

As for Evans, kid is going to play in the SEC, probably at LSU like most NS kids. He sure as crap isn't going to play in the state of Texas, no matter what his handler wants.

Jones up to 60th in the nation. If he keeps showing out he may very well sneak into a 5* range. There were 34 last year.

Every recruit is different.
Most want to play for a winner.
So if you sell the SEC....All you are doing is opening the door to other schools.
Jimbo's message has a shelf life. If he doesn't produce championships his SEC message will fall on death ears and those players sold the SEC will all end up elsewhere.

aggy should sell themselves....

Doesn't matter who you play. Just as long as you win.

The main reason why Jimbo's message hasn't translated very well to 2020 and 2021 instate recruits is that most recruits see Texas in front of aggy.
With Texas playing SEC schools at least once in the next 5 years recruits will be able to judge Texas vs aggy.

Even LSU people are saying Evans will probably play for Texas.
Like I have said numerous times...Texas laid the ground foundation for Zach Evans better than any school.
What Evans is looking for is at Texas.

Biggest ally is CBS sports.

Bobby Burton has no say in the recruiting...Neither does Shannon Terry.
Even if they did....they wouldn't make it so obvious.
Shannon Terry has made the business because of professionalism....

Billy Liucci made a business move when he went after 247.

Liucci has been trying to start a recruiting service on his site nationally.
He attacks 247....But Liucci doesn't have the funding.
If aggy was so rich they should give the guy 10-20 million.
But they are not...Liucci is 15 years too late.

The market is already crowed.
No room for a 4th.

You ever talked to a senior citizen and they just ramble on and on and very little of it is relevant or even make sense? That’s 90% of your posts.

You’re suggesting that A&M openly sponsor a service which maintains constant contact with prospective student athletes for years before they sign LOIs?

Even for you, that’s pretty fricking stupid.

Hot take right there. I forgot a 10-4 Texas team is back especially with the amount of turnover for their 2019 team. I can tell being a double digit underdog to LSU at home really gets the recruits going.

A&M likely leads for Reuben Fatheree, Bryce Foster, Hayden Connor, and Donovan Jackson for 2021. Four 5 Star Linemen.

Not to mention leading for the No. 1 athlete Shadrach Banks, Camar Wheaton, and Eli Stowers. Never seen a fan base so arrogant after losing 4 games in a season.

Hayden Conner just dropped a Top 3
Michigan, Texas and Nebraska
Said he will probably commit after the season

Donovan Jackson dropped his Top 3.
aggy was not included.
Jackson told a LSU guy at the Rivals Camp. Most likely Texas but he is interested in LSU.

Look at the facts
