I only remember signing two 5 star QB's. One became a WR before the end of fall practice his true freshman year. The other stole his brothers Id and tried to get into a casino underage, booted from the team, and transferred out right after LSU won a NC. Had he not been a bonehead Perrilloux could have been a great LSU QB. However we started a RS freshman in 4* QB lee. Remember all those pick 6's? I do. Enter 4* QB jordan jefferson. Later the next year we signed Chris garret shepard.(the 2nd 5 star)
Russell was a great QB at LSU. We can't help he was a lazy pro. You can't put that on LSU. Flynn has set records in the NFL as a backup. Mettenberger is the Titans starting QB as a rookie.
You have Eli. That's it. We haven't signed numerous 5* QB's just two.
One never realized his true potential, the other showed very quickly he was not a college QB.

You're showing how ill informed you are. You might want to check what star rating Eli was. He didn't put up great numbers at Newman. Mostly due to his having slow white boys to throw to.

Yep, my knees haven't been the same since I turned 32.
If so, my bad. It's a good example of why you don't post at work or while drunk.

He has fallen off the wagon ever since he was exposed for, wait for it, not even being an athletic trainer. I mean, frick, if you are gonna pretend to be something, pretend to be something worth while. I'm glad he has memphis in his pathetic arse name, it helps explain so much. I've honestly started to feel bad for him...

Is this the word amongst the team trainers?

Accusing y'all of having horrible qb development, which is true, has nothing what so ever to do with ole miss. Yes I am an ole miss fan and yes we have used transfers but that has not changed how bad Lsu is at developing elite talent.

JR, Flynn and Mettenberger were pretty good.

What's your definition of melt? Satisfied with what we have? Or is this just another Ole Miss moral victory?
I've said from day one Shea wasn't coming to LSU with Franks on board. I'm extremely happy with what we have and never expected Shea to come to LSU. I've been blasted all over the LSU recruitig board for this.
Shea didn't commit to LSU when Sean was hired, that should have told everyone what was going on.
But carry on with your moral victory, I guess.

Wow, you are consistent with this melt. We get it, you are "happy with franks"

Let's see what what LSU football trainer Manti Te'o has to say on the subject

This is great, but he needs a memphisPlaya name tag. I can not read it well on the northwest diploma.

Saban coaches DBs, not QB's.
He also coached at LSU.
I bet you couldn't name the QB coaches from any of those QBs listed.
