His rating on every site and his stats also say he is awesome.
He hadn't been doing well these 7v7 games, until this last game that just finished. That's what the people who are there who are reporting on it have said.

You think it's dumb for me to use one drive to say he's had a good camp, well I think it's dumb for you to use one camp to justify calling him overrated.

look if he's having a bad camp that's one thing but come on Shea is not overrated. He has killed it at every single camp he's been to all summer.

Quote me where I called him overrated....

That was a State fan.

I guess I interpreted your quoting the obvious state troll and adding that he was having a bad camp as agreeing with him. Sorry if you didn't mean it that way

#SuperBad squeaks by in a close one, now 3-2.
Player of the Game: Brandon McIlwain
McIlwain earns his 2nd Game MVP of the 7v7 tournament. ....not really breaking, they're already playing the next game.

Your post makes no sense. Are you saying LSU's QB troubles are solely due to drops?
We beat Bama without Quinn drops

Lunarbeast and Patterson win 7v7 tourney
ETA: Imatorbhebhe (USC commit) was a big factor in this.
Semis and Finals on ESPNU right now.

Many times, Elite 11 MVP isn't always best QB prospect, this year Shea Patterson was both and it really wasnt close, special talent #OleMiss

Um no they didn't. Patterson just is overrated. 6'1" 195, 5 second 40. Not gonna lite up the SEC. Will be serviceable at most. He blamed his poor performance on a sunburn.

...who? Exactly.
This competition is so useless as any sort of indicator of college success. It's good for the kids to work with experienced coaches and get some training they might otherwise not receive, but that's about it.
I agree with your statements
I'm looking at the elite 11 participants over the years and they aren't consistent with who does well in college and gets drafted at all.
In 2008, the elite 11 QBs had 8 players drafted.
In 2009, not a single QB was drafted. WTF

Just like the recruiting sites, they hit and miss as well.
Sometimes the guys go on to have great careers, sometimes they aren't heard from again. From '99 to '09, many QB's made it to the Pro's, but of course not all. The verdict is still out on the guys from '10 to present, b/c they're still in school for the most part.
