The analyst they're interviewing on the live feed right now just said Lawson was by far the most impressive player in the one-on-one's. He was getting called out by offensive linemen, but no matter whether he lined up at DE or DT, the OL couldn't even touch him. He won every single rep

Serious question: Any chance Lawson or Liner eventually overtake Foster or Nkendiche for the #1 overall spot on any of the recruiting services?

I think he's referring to when MA gave his opinion on RN.

That's is exactly to what I was referring.

Probably not. I could see them getting into the top 10 though. Hell, ESPN already has both of them there

it will be one of the best d line classes in SEC history.

This is going way back, but I remember back in the day when Auburn signed Ron Stallworth (who was the #1 recruit in the country back then if memory serves), they signed one helluva haul of DL that year as well.

And I remember when people were bashinh ESPN for having Carl Lawson at #5...

They were absolutely correct on that one, though.

Y'all think Robinson could win WR MVP? I don't know who all is there to compete for it but sounds like he's showing out so far.

I haven't seen enough of the WR vs DB part to have an idea. I think Lawson is a lock for DL MVP though

It sucks that he keeps winning all these DL awards since he's going to be playing jack in UT's 3-4

And these kids aren't choosing better programs they are in most cases taking the easy way out.

Definitely top 10 players, but Foster is by far and away the #1 player in the country.

Florida DT commit Caleb Brantley tells me he is beginning to rethink his recruitment some and wants to visit Auburn this summer and in the fall. Brantley said Dee Liner and Carl Lawson were working him hard today

4* DT Caleb Brantley, committed to UF, is thinking about re-opening his recruitment and wants to visit Auburn this summer and fall. Said Liner and Lawson really worked him today

Damn you TT

I think it shows great character on these 2 young men's part to help recruit their replacements for when they flip.

And yea it does seem a little DL heavy, but in the SEC the games are won in the trenches. And if you have a dominant DL your gonna have a great defense. A good DL make the linebackers and secondaries job a lot easier. I'll take 10 DL this class, especially with how good they all are
