The ones I feel are underrated are: Melton Bowers Johnson Irvin-Sills

I agree, except on bowers, rivals has a good video explaining that he's basically a boom or bust, he'll stay at 3* imo, sills likely will too. I would add Arshad Jackson and Cameron Toney though

hy wouldn't his mom just sign a 6 month lease since he is supposed to be an early enrollee?

B/c six months would get them through the end of November and, if he is an EE, he won't greaduate HS until Dec and wont move to Tuscaloosa until January?

B/c a 12 month lease offers a lower monthly payment than a 6 month lease?

B/c he isn't really going to be an EE. He's been trolling Bama fans for 2 years and is really going to stay in AHS through May so he can spend more time with Blaise & Cameron before enroling at AU?

Surely one of these will fit what you want to hear, right?

Is he going going to actually be an EE?

I haven't ever gotten a firm answer from anybody, except Magilla saying that his grades possibly needed work...

Saw this is the Bama thread and wanted to ask some opinions on if or how it may affect T Matthews.

If Miller is transferring for the reasons being posted on the Main Board on Rivals

Says he was told he'd be depended on to play a lot and he is afraid that he'd get hurt playing too early?!?! Why would someone EE if they didn't want to play right away?

Something doesn't smell right.

Wow, that's retarded.

Oh, and we should also be worried about this.

quote:

AU's top verbal pledge, Carl Lawson, is now being trained locally here in Atlanta by former UT player & former top Bama target in High School, Constantin Ritzman. Constantin and I have a mutual friend, who is also a UTK Booster, and according to Ritzman, Lawson is truly a physical specimen who has shared that his AU pledge is not firm and he strongly prefers the 3-4 which is giving UTK and others an opening. Also, though not a 3-4, the kid is intrigued with USC and will be treking over to California soon. It should also be noted that the kid has evidently grown since his initial evaluations by UGA & UA where he was listed at only 6'1" which hurt him in their eyes.

Patrick isn't transferring, especially not for those reasons.

He wants to be. I think it will be clearer around October on if that will happen or not.

Looks similar to the Gabe Wright is a Vol lock because his mom works for a UT booster from the 2011 cycle.

As the parent of a kid around the same age as Lawson I'm aware that things can change at the drop of a hat but I have seen absolutely nothing from Lawson that would give any indication that he is not 100% solid to Auburn.

No way that came from anywhere other than Volnation

I think it came from an Alabama board, but I found the actual paragraph on Volnation.

Exactly, there's been nothing to give us a hint of him not being solid.

No need to dignify that with a response.

Let them get their hopes up.

That is a ridiculous reason and one that makes no sense. There is a reason a kid hustles to be an EE, and that is he hopes he can learn and do enough to start the upcoming season. Oh well good thing we have cupboard full of OT's if it is somehow true.

Also, the Lawson info is from a Bama fan (so called insider)??? Not completely positive I am correct with that. Lawson has never let on he is not fully committed, and many of his comments of allegiance to AU have been strong ones. However, as we all know nothing is absolute till they sign a LOI.

According to a poster on The Bunker...

@K_rodgers55 (which is Khaliel Rodgers) has named his top 5. They consist of #Auburn, #OSU, #WVU, #UCLA, and #Mississippi. Also on his Twitter page, he says that he will be committing to one of the above on June 30th (after the Rivals Challenge).

There was no mention of USC, so they're out I am guessing...

I'm aware, but it's good news for us...

I don't think its any secret that Irvin-Sills and Rodgers would both commit to USC given the chance (Irvin-Sills was quoted as saying that USC would be his destination if he could pick from any school in an article I read around the time he committed).
