Alright guys, we have to keep it on topic.
What if we land Monty Adams, Reuben Foster, Carl Lawson, and Dee Liner? Will anyone be able to score on us?

They may score, but Lord knows they won't be able to get anything between the hash marks.

Dont forget about Bowers and Matthews. Frost is still a freshman also. I am so damn glad Roof is gone.

That would be a sick and beastly haul. Very formidable for sure.

How has this gotten warped into I need to trust the staff? We aren't taking 6-7 DL this class.
I wasn't talking to you specifically, but it seems like everyone is all over the place on who/ how many we take. As Jonesy said in a roundabout way, these coaches have it under control. We obviously have our opinions, which is fine, but all the bickering in the world won't change what we end up with.
fwiw, I agree on needing one more WR and two interior OL, and I think we'll probably get that in this class. We stocked up on OL in the last class, and it seems like we're stocking up on DL in this class and anyone that knows anything about life in the SEC, knows the game is won in the trenches.

We could probably have DeAndre Woods, at any time, if we wanted him. I wonder which realistic target at receiver is sitting at the top of the coaches list?

Isaiah Jones is still on the board.

Don't forget about Jordan Wilkins. We may get him and Dye at the RB position if we take 2.

I just doubt we take 2 RB's.

I read that Wilkins has the size to turn into a good FB to follow Prosch. What say some of you here?

If he would be willing to do it, sure, however he has the talent to be a stud RB, so that will be extremely difficult to sell him on that.

LonghornDigest Kevin Flaherty Isaiah Jones just made maybe the best catch I've ever seen in 7-on-7. While being held, pulled down leaping one hander and got toe down. Wow

Yep. He is one I really hope we get.

ETA: I still really like Trey Johnson as well. Dude goes beast mode on the field.

The initial shock/mild anger is over, maybe I over exaggerated some shortcomings as a player. I just don't want to lose the best LB prospect in the last 10 years...to Auburn. I've bought in emotionally, no way can it happen.
Are you freakin' kidding me?
1) There's no guarantee that RF is flipping to AU, although it would be awesome.
2) Bama is going to have a dominant top 10 defense with or without RF, period. I'm an AU fan, but I can respect greatness when I see it, and Saban's defenses are great. Ya'll are 3-deep at every LB spot and will continue to bring in 4- and 5-star LBs. AU doesn't have anything close to this kind of talent at LB and hasn't for a while (although I'm holding out some hope for Frost).
Maybe the whole point of your post was to express the bitterness of losing a stud recruit to your biggest rival, which I can understand, but don't act like this would be some HUGE hit to the Bama defense. Saban's ability to recruit defensive players has spoiled the frick out of the Bammers.

This, I do not want to lose TJ.

Is there a possibility we might? I've liked this guy since we first committed

Just him saying he wants to play for a program that has a big LB history like an OSU, USC, etc. I don't know how big of a risk of losing him is.
TT is WarEagleKK the one Bucc was talking about?

Perhaps the crown is talking but that actually made sense... All kidding aside, you make a really good point. I don't like Auburn and probably never will, but if Foster switches, then we will be ok.... I certainly don't want to lose him, but it will not be the end of the world...
