Thomas will be a very tough pull, even though he has publicly named Bama his leader many times, his mother really wants him at Miami. He has stated that he wants to leave though so I guess we'll just wait and see.

Same here. Walker won't be a bad consolation prize.

It is interesting that RN committed, loves the attention, currently tweeting, and yet has not mentioned it one time on his twitter.

He's a complete attention whore. He'll be great at Clemson and will be a 1st rounder barring injury, but he is extremely full of himself.

That is why I find it interesting that he is not tweeting about it. Not one word or mention of it from him. I figured he would be on there going where are my new clemson followers like he has done with UA LSU and UGA. No go tigers or I am glad the recruiting process is over.

The only site to actually confirm it I saw is tigerillustrated and the other guys and sites are going off that.

He's probably waiting on his Dad's permission.

That AJC writer tweeted that he had texted him that he would comment on twitter....

Is 247 going off what Clemson's Rivals site is saying? They have a story up now (in the LINK I posted).

It is difficult for them not to be. Look how many threads and pages are spent on his choice. We as fans have helped perpetuate this growing problem.
Many fans hang on a recruits every tweet, interview, or what he wears. The fact fans get owned by them is entirely the fans fault.

That is what I think. They jumped the gun before he had time to talk with his father.

You could make the assumption they have the same source or one told the other. I'm sure Rivals and 247 analyst are on good standing with each other. As most use to work with each other.

ETA: I'm not say his commitment isn't legit though

I really can't see RN sticking with Clemson, seems like this is only gonna make Saban and Co. pursue him even harder, as good as he'll be, he'd be even better under Saban and Nicky can convince him of that.

Bama flip incoming.

Maybe Saban should just offer Kamara and Gallman. Worked for Dabo, lol.

Barton and Carvell kept tweeting back and forth how no one would confirm it.

I just saw an interview with him explaining that he really wants to be a DE because he is afraid being a Jack at Alabama. He also mentioned that he didn't want to end up like Upshaw, dropping so low because he has no TRUE position.
