Stage 1 of Henry to Bama is complete. Stage 2 is in the works now. The kid is obviously trying to do it in a respectful way to UGA, kudos to him for that.

Bama has gotten to Pete Carrol's USC recruiting level. They are cherry picking players. They took two of our LA boys last year. It used to be that they took people we really didn't want but after last year they have become a real threat

This one gets it

Fournette. I dont see Bo as a RB.

Word is he wants to play RB on the next level. Kid is a specimen. He was at State's camp this past weekend.

Keith at Rivals said Wiggins is rethinking because he talked to Henry on the phone. Which he did ask for his # via twitter last night.

I think Coach Saban probably told him to take visits and make sure that Alabama is where he wants to be because they want him to be 100 percent when he decides to commit. JMO

Maybe so Maybe not. Michigan is recruiting him as a WR and he is taking a visit up there in two weeks, so...

Mississippi State has told him he can play RB for us. After seeing pics of him he reminds me of Adrian Peterson.

Hearing a lot of good things about the performances of freshman Eddie Williams and Landon Collins. Sources tell me that both these young men have performed well in team activities including 7 on 7, where Eddie caught two touchdown passes recently and Collins also made some impressive plays as well.

The problem there is Bo is barely 16 yo, so he will likely get even bigger. Also, I think he may already be a tad thicker than AP.

Ready for more good news?:

quote:

RSJ killed the BB tourney and his team was given special treatment to "minimize distractions", meaning after his games ended they were escorted to a secluded locker room, whereas the other teams simply left the gym. They also had dedicated security guards for whatever reason - wonder which school facilitated that treatment?

Back to the subject, he's being vague to everyone including his own family. He favors BB over FB right now, but we will see how he feels in the fall when FB season rolls around and he visits LSU/Bama on the sidelines...as a Tiger visit!

That said, Bama is probing low key...knowing Saban, he will wait for his time to make a last minute strike for the kid. But Bama is certainly on his radar as others have mentioned.

I'm not even going to bother checking in on the RSJ thread on the LSU RB.

Answer me this Analyze. Why do LSU fans think Fournette is such a lock when he has clearly favored us a lot?

Because he's looking around like any recruit.
