RB's understand that they have a certain lifespan. I love the way we rotate them in and out. Each one comes in fresh.

Well Jameis Winston is either getting drafted tonight and sign or go to FSU.

Started a few mins ago. They are at the number 5 pick now

Are there any projections?

In baseball there are never really accurate mock drafts. Winston won't and shouldn't go in the first round, despite the hype. A lot of people do not know what scouts look for and a RHP/OF that throws high 80's and touches 90 with an above average bat is not a first round pick.

I will be honest I am not paying that much attention. cajunsuck is the baseball man if I remember correctly. Sorry Trey

I played in college and got drafted out of high school in late rounds. But yeah, a lot of these foreign guys from the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and other countries are more appealing to the MLB teams because 1.they are cheaper lol 2.they are freaks of nature that grew up hitting with rocks and broom sticks. very sad

Rocky isn't a bad dude TW. He usually means no harm at all.

Not biting TW I promised other Bama posters not to get in flame wars here. Please stay on topic and not the place for that, Thanks.

I am just busting his chops because him and his little sister called me a tool because I went over to VN and told the Vol fans that AU fans thought they were crazy for thinking they could flip Lawson. I was just pointing out to Vol fans they could not.
But it is what it is.
But it is what it is.

It could be an interesting week for the fans of Georgia and Alabama, as 5-star RB prospect Derrick Henry will spend three days on an unofficial visit to Alabama this coming weekend.
Henry is currently verbally committed to Georgia and did so last July at Georgia’s DawgNight camp.
Dawgs247 caught up with Henry on Monday and this is what he said about his situation and what to expect after this weekend.
Where are you at today (Monday) with your situation? Do you consider yourself still committed to Georgia?
“I am still committed to Georgia, but I would say I am still looking around too. There has been a bunch of crazy stuff said by people but I am still committed to Georgia, but I am looking around.”
What has your conversations with the Georgia staff been like over the last month or so?
“Just basically what everybody has been saying, but we talk about them offering me from day one, they are not recruiting me as an athlete, they are recruiting me as a running back. They feel like I could really help them and that I have been committed for so long and how important I am to them.”
There is so much talk going around about you not playing running back on the next level. Has that bothered you any?
“I mean it does bother you some, because you see it everywhere and people come to you about it. That gets kind of old and annoying at times, but I just have to keep working.”
What is it about Alabama that has got your attention over the last few months?
“Just my relationship with Coach (Jeremy) Pruitt and their past history with them has shown that their running backs are going to be successful and have become 1st round draft picks. I also like Coach (Burton) Burns too.”
Do you feel like it will be a while before you make a final decision or is this something you will know after the Alabama visit?
“I think I will have a pretty good idea on Sunday after this visit about my decision.”
