We offered a JUCO OT. Dont know who it is though

Free part of Scout article:

Over the past few years, ASA College in New York has produced some very talented prospects and this year promises to be no different. One of their top prospects, OT Leon Brown (6-6, 305), recently received his first offer, from the National Champions no less, and he informed JCFootball.com about which other schools could be close to throwing their hats in the ring...

Good edit.

yeah I don't really understand why they wouldn't offer. I know they got alot of LB's last year but this is a 4 star from their own state. Everything I've read says if LSU ever offers he will take it but if not he is going to Bama.

I could care less about him being a 4 star but when I saw his film I was like wow. Reminds me of Trey Depriest a lot but looks more athletic.

do they have a certain quota of coaches they let in? Maybe that was the problem. Both of the guys you listed were players.

No, I don't think there's a quota for coaches

Sean Callahan ? @Sean_Callahan
For those wondering, the College Football HOF has a rule against taking players from the same school in consecutive years per Ivan Maisel.
Just saw this on Twitter.

I think we should just change the name of this one when the time comes so we can get the longest thread on TD.

247Sports is the first network to formulate a class of 2014 top 100 list, which was just released a few minutes ago.

The top 25 came out a few weeks ago, but there's been a lot of movement with UA and several of these prospects.

A few notables...

1. Da'Shawn Hand, DE- offer and plans to camp
2. Andrew Brown,- UA saw and offered last week
3. Jabrill Peppers, CB- UA offered a few weeks ago. Expect him to give the Tide a look
4. Leonard Fournette, RB- UA offer and attended A-Day
5. Cameron Robinson, OT- Racked up 5+ major offers in the last week, including UA. LSU, UA are top two. Attended A-Day...plans to camp
6. Kain Daub, LB- UA offered last week, plans to camp in summer
7. Bo Scarbrough, ATH- UA offer and hold a solid lead for Tuscaloosa native
8. Marlon Humphrey, CB- UA offer...son of former Tide AA RB Bobby Humphrey
18. Tyler Luatua, ATH/TE- UA offer and leader for brother of current Tide OL Isaac Luatua
20. Jalen Tabor, CB- Named a top two of UA and Tennessee last week
27. Hoza Scott, LB/DE- Received UA offer last week...Texas A&M is strong here- hopes to visit UA in summer
31. Gerald Willis, DE- Brother of UA signee Landon Collins. As with Collins, expect a UA-LSU battle
36. Nick Watkins, CB- UA offer last week
48. Jalen Hurd, ATH- UA offer a few weeks ago and has Tide on top with Tennessee and Vandy right behind
53. DJ Smith, CB- Teammate of UA commit Tyren Jones at Walton...UA has been by to see this spring and expect Tide to get involved.
58. Tre' Williams, LB- Mobile standout who is a strong in-state lean. Should come down to UA-Auburn
60. Dalvin Cook, RB- Standout on Miami Central who has expressed considerable interest in UA...yet to visit
64. Donell Stanley, OT- Holds UA in top group but an in-state lean to Clemson and South Carolina at this time
66. Kevin Crosby, TE/LB- UA is strong here with Chris Rumph's connections to the Bamberg-Ehrhardt program from his time at Clemson
70. Joseph Yearby, RB- See his teammate Dalvin Cook above.
86. Racean Thomas, RB- Oxford, AL standout who has visited UA a number of times in the past. UA, Auburn, Oregon are the three to watch here.
