Howard is probably gonna get his wish of being a 5* TE come signing day, unless they actually move him to the WR prospects.

Adam Breneman, the #1 TE ATM, tore his ACL four days ago, he's gonna be out for a while.

I agree, at least on Rivals (247 analysts don't have access to this camp). They've given him praise all day, deservedly so. He'll move up

BTW Heard Wiggins has done pretty well for himself so far. They noted his size, but said has done well in 1-on-1s.

Yeah, I heard Wiggins and safety prospect LJ Moore have been doing very well. Despite his height, I'm pretty pumped about Wiggins. He seems to have very, very good ball skills.

I think height is overrated if you have good enough ball skills, leaping ability, and good speed.

The taller you go, the harder it is to find very fluid athletes...

That's what we're told.

I guess 4.48 is just too slow for a wideout these days.

From Josh Helmholdt
Of the underclassmen I saw, here are the most impressive.
Bo Scarbrough played WR, but he needs to be a linebacker at the next level. He was the best 2014 prospect on the Southeast team.
Dwight Williams has continued to have a strong day. He is a bit undersized, but is extremely athletic.
OT Casey Tucker has done a lot of things well. He'll be a big-time kid in 2014.
The two best DBs were Quinn Blanding and Jalen Tabor. Blanding is a safety, but has been running a cornerback. Tabor has just been very solid. Both are just outstanding.

Read that Scott "I'm better than Adams and just as good as Nkemdiche" Pagano didn't win many reps and got owned by LSU commit Josh Boutte.

Isn't that the kid from Hawaii that said RN played against JV kids?

He couldn't run a 4.48 if his arse was on fire.
This is the Alabama recruiting thread, if you're looking for me to praise your recruits, you're looking in the wrong place. Lawson is good, Robinson is not.

Nah man, I saw him play in some game last year. His team lost. Kid sucks.

Yep.

Not knocking Boutte because I'm sure he's a great player(he's committed to LSU after all), but don't defenders always have the advantage in 1-on-1 drills, especially against interior lineman?

I don't think there's 1 Auburn fan that takes your opinion of an Auburn recruit seriously.
