The whole Missouri puts more wide receivers than Arkansas in the league is kind of a joke. Mizzou has been a heavy passing team for almost a decade while Arkansas only started really throwing the ball around 4 seasons ago. That change is about to pay off as we will put 3 WR's in the league this year to go along with DJ Williams from last year. After next season when Cobi and Gragg go pro we will have put just as many WR/TE's in the league as them in a much shorter time frame.
I know the coaches are pointing that out but it still cracks me up that Mizzou fans don't realize that when making their argument about it.

That’s a shame since Missouri has a better track record of launching wide receivers like Jeremy Maclin into the NFL than Arkansas does.
They act like Missouri is Wide Receiver U. They have two WR's in the NFL, and how many years as Pinkel been at Mizzou?
Petrino's first class is getting three drafted in April, and we have the #1 rated WR for 2013 and possibly the best TE in the country is there next year.

Yea they use it against us but like you said this is Petrinos first class he recruited so they are now graduating and 3 will be in the NFL in this one class.

I heard DGB shook Bob Stoops hand tonight then called the hogs. Twice.

CB John Gibson, 5-10/170, Missouri City, Texas - is he still committed?

What do y'all know about Vin Ascolese? We apparently just offered him. I saw he had an Arkansas offer on Rivals and we desperately need LBs, but the fact he's a 2 star from New Jersey has some of our fans pretty pissed/underwhelmed

No. Apparently we are making room for someone else.

We've offered him, too. But it's not a committable offer at this point. If you watch his highlights, he looks like a helluva player. I know I've seen much higher rated LB's with much less impressive film.

Who are some of those other guys? Who is who in that picture? Hatcher, Ward, DGB, and Diamond are the only ones I can pick out just on their faces.

I think he may be a plan B but I can't say that for sure. I think he has a lot of potential and his coach (who I think is also his granddad,) is a coaching legend in that area. For me he would be a welcomed addition if the Hogs landed him.

Yeah he is a 2* but he is also a Parade AA. I don't know how an A&M offer will affect him but as of yesterday he was a Hog lock if we let him commit. It seems as though our staff is slow playing him due to out numbers crunch.

gibson informed the coaches he is short on his SAT score and to move on.

Just watched and he looks solid. Not bad considering our options at LB are getting mighty thin I guess.
