3* 88 with no offers from FSU, Florida or Miami. No offers from the instate big boys is typically a redflag which leads me to...

3* 85 from SC with no offers from Clemson or SCe. I hate to rag on this guy because he was a VFL and tough as shite but Worley had a noodle arm and was never SEC stater material.

Compare the offer lists of these two to Dormady, Jones and Johnson and get back to me.

Because TN took 3 QBs last year and have Johnson for next year already on board.

JG has been close to Nuss for a long time, so there may be something to this.

So your saying Mcelwain is going to flip him from the rival school Tennessee?

True but Jennings is at WR right now and will definitely stick there as he is one of our 3-4 best WRs already.

I would still love to sign JG even with Johnson and possibly Lawrence. We will only have 3 QBs on the roster both this year and next (Dobbs, Dormady, Jones) if we don't sign JG.

Eh... God for you I guess, I like Florida's 2017 QB commit better.

Looks like your QB from this class maybe flipping to UF? I'll take that trade.

I nor any other UT fan wants a QB whose going to be scared of the guy coming in the class behind him. If JG does flip because of a 2017 recruit then he was never mentally strong enough to be on this team anyways.

That being said, I'll be surprised if JG flips with how close the Jones and Guarantano family are to each other. Butch and Jarrett's dad have been friends since the early-mid 90's. Either way the VOLS will be fine. We've recruited the QB position very well since Butch and staff got here.

I agree with the principle there, but at QB the situation is a lot different if the position is stockpiled numbers wise. Only 1 plays the majority of the time.

Yeah this really came out of left field. Gitmo has been our biggest recruiter and his dad goes way back with Butch. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that this happens on the same day Tennessee lands a 5* at the same position.

I hope we hang onto JG.

I wouldn't put much stock in to what some dipshit who covers Rutgers football has to say.

But if the same dipshit who covers Rutgers football said that *insert 4 star recruit* was going to flip from Alabama to Tennessee, I'm sure that there would be parades in the streets of Knoxville, the moonshine would be flowing, and the dipshit who covers Rutgers football would be given the keys to the city.

What am I missing? A quick google search says he is the 4th best pocket passer.

Meh. I'd rather have a guy that plays against better competition in South Florida in Jake Allen than a kid from Indiana with 10 TD's and 8 INT's. But thats just me.

I don't understand this ranking. 10:8 in Indiana?
