So he’s just a juco that hasn’t been re-evaluated. Wonder what his offer list was when coming out of hs.

I agree to a pont, but it can't be denied that when UGA started pulling in 4* and 5* Olinemen our OLine improved substantially. We were getting 3*s before Smart came here.
That said, I also think coaching can make a bigger difference in Oline play as well as blocking scheme, so I don't necessarily disagree with your statement.
