So, 25, zero children, but an expert in parenting?

If you ever get enough balls to try being a parent, I hope you do a better job than Zeke's dad.

And again, this has absolutely nothing to do with AU.

I hope when you decide to have children, you will choose to raise them to be honorable, truthful, and respectful. This is the function of a parent.

Expert in parenting? Did I ever portray myself as such? I believe that would be you..

I probably will take that leap soon, but I won't raise them to judge and chastise anyone who is different than them. I'll teach them how to be decent human beings and allow them to find their place in the world.

I think I know where you're coming from, it just comes off as too judgmental on a kid who isn't even out of high school yet. He'll wake up once he's introduced to competition and real world situations. Plus it's not your part to raise him.

Maybe I read it wrong, but you still suck at trolling.

The kids retarded. Doesn't mean it's his parents fault. Could be the people he hangs out with.

I respect vets, but experiencing combat doesn't make you a great father.

I never stated I knew what it's like being a father, and I definitely didn't throw the Vet status out for anyone to give me props. I just didn't want him believing I didn't know what the "real world" is like.

I'm sure a Bama player is gonna hit Zeke EXTRA hard because he's talking harmless trash on Twitter

Its going to happen regardless, I'm just sayin'. Giving your opponent extra motivation is fricking stupid, especially when he is a dumb 18 year old.

I don't claim to be an expert. I want my children to grow up to be good people. That is all you can hope for as a parent.

I also know that my kids were raised to treat others with respect, and that no high school junior of mine would ever act this way.

I don't think any team will need to use what a kid tweeted 3 or 4 years prior as motivation

I never used the word "need". I used the word "extra".

Well I hope that's the case for you and your kids' sake. The technology age is a bitch.. Kids have access to means of displaying stupidity that has never been seen before. There really isn't any way you control them from stepping outside the boundaries you've set for them. All you can do is reprimand them for their mistakes, hope they learn from it, and move on.

perhaps, but I honestly wish the kid well, he just needs to know how to act. He'll learn once he gets on campus, I'm sure. Those coaches wont allow that bullshite.

Hopefully when he gets on campus he'll focus less on tweeting Bama fans and more on improving as a QB

There is truth in this. I've tried to be vigilant about things when they were younger, but one is in college now. I will still be there for support, but she is an adult now, and her choices are her own.

I hope that I have given her the foundation to become a good person, but that decision is now hers.

I think you'll probably do well when you decide to have children. You seem to have a better head on your shoulders than many of the posters in here.
