What a dumb statement

Tell me why then by taking my argument apart.

I said "generational player" and somewhat brought up the 2010 season as if you didn't have one.

Who was our generational player in 1993 when we won every game on our schedule? In 2004? In 2013 when we were 13 seconds away from another NC.
The data is there, top-10 puts you in the game. What difference does 7 to 5 make? None.

Ok which is it?

Two of the four are in the playoffs this year

or

Two of these programs have had sustained success for years

Wasn’t sure of your angle on your post…

I do not believe AU has a first round QB on the roster or in the signing class.

What round was Stetson Bennett drafted in? 1st round, right?

It’s funny how he said that, didn’t specify what team, and you immediately knew he was talking about Auburn.

Honestly, this trolls itself. AU thinks they are back after losing to New Mexico State, losing to Bama (but super duper close guys!), and landing a half decent recruiting class.

You guys aren’t even ready to be elite for a single season, much less sustained success like the others on the list.

You think it's the same game now as then?

And you won't like it, but I'll tell you this: The Auburn teams that won in 2010 and got to the championship in 2013 were probably the two weakest SEC teams to play for a national title in the Saban era. That analytics easily say that. It's not close. If this Bama team makes it, they'd be in the running with those teams. But those Auburn teams were nowhere near the past two UGA teams, any of the 2015-2020 Bama teams, nowhere near LSU 2019, or the Bama back to back teams.
