I thought the same thing, but after listening to him for these past two years, he's a damn good coach in his own right.
He doesn't have to be a great motivator. The culture he's built does that for him.
Arkansas may not win more than 6 or 7 games this year but I promise you, it won't be long before we're back to 10+ win seasons.
