Oh this shite again. The ball was already out of bounds because Julio touched it while out of bounds.
Here is Julio dragging his foot out of bounds before the ball gets there, so he's out of bounds.
And here are 3 different angles of Julio touching the ball long before your picture.
Once the ball touches anything that is out of bounds, including a player, then the ball is out of bounds and the pass is incomplete. Thus it had nothing to do with if PP was in bounds or not, because the ball was already out of bounds.

It's called motion. There is no such thing as a perfectly clear image unless you have high speed cameras or something.
If you can find better images I'd love to see them as I would exchange them immediately.
