Then your Google app has been hacked or you are not googling things you are assuming are correct.

Remember when you said collectives weren't boosters and google showed us that they, in fact, can be considered boosters?

Not just "can" but inherently are.

Took me about ten seconds of Googling and I linked him and he still hasn't acknowledged that, among most things he's said, being completely incorrect.

my favorite argument of the thread was the one where the recruit stated that he decided he wasn't a recruit at that moment.

Spyre isn’t a collective. It’s a marketing brokerage that partners athletes with NIL deals. They neither own the NIL nor do they pay out the contract.

This has been covered ad nauseam.

NIL deals weren’t allowed for college kids back in 2019, which was ages ago.

4-5 years ago? I know you are not 12 please don’t pretend you are.

I asked you to tell us more about how Nike acted as an Oregon booster

Which I did multiple times with links.

I also linked how NIKE was an equal player in the AAU/Nike/Adidas pay for play scandal multiple times.

Unfortunately for the goobers on this thread, the judge just pulled down the NCAA's pants and spanked their bare bottoms.

When exactly do you think NIL came into play for college football players? You seem confused on the timeline.

More specifically in regards to this part:

“and funneled kids to Oregon basketball.”

Your links never did detail that. You haven’t either. It really is starting to, once again, look like you are FOS.

Endorsements (AKA NIL) have been around for ever. It made its way through the courts in 2020 to allow quasi unrestricted NIL contracts for college student athletes that allow them to keep their amateur status.

I never claimed NIKE provided transportation to Oregon. What said was they are an Oregon booster and we’re involved in a pay for pay scheme funneling kids to NIKE schools. Both of which I proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I’m sorry you had a GA education that didn’t adequately prepare you for simple reading comprehension as part of your skill set.

Supreme Court ruled on that in 2021.
So it didn’t exist in the time period YOU brought up.

Glad we got that clearly up.

We are talking about Oregon specifically, yet you keep on talking about “Nike schools.”

As we already knew yesterday, You clearly don’t have any Oregon-Nike NIL violations to discuss.

It seems these poorer schools wanted Tennessee hanged. It's a shame their dreams were shattered.

Thank you Tennessee for using a private jet to fly a prized recruit in for an unofficial visit.

Such an unselfish act you did on behalf of all of us.

A debt of gratitude we'll never fully repay.

Maybe every FBS program should present your president and AD with a plaque the next Tennessee road game in their stadium.

bullshite. It's three boosters who incorporated a fraudulent marketing company to break literally the only rule surrounding NIL.

Vols really are human garbage.
