I found out why he decommitted.
I actually had to take this down. Was more serious than I thought when I read the charge. I just pulled it off twitter and I have no idea if it was correct.

Found that one about the dad but had to take it down. Have no other sources for that one and the charges in the twitter picture were pretty damming. Police blotter shows it to be true but I am going to leave this one alone.
