BTW, I have a feeling it will be a 1-3 game suspension...but who knows. I still haven't found out if there is going to be a probation issue.

If the guy actually was saying some real racist shite then that (or less) would be fine with me if I was the coach (and if I was the DA I probably would just let it go (maybe have a sit down) although punching in the back of the head when someone is walking away would still bother me a little (maybe some community service)).

This will have much to do with Hills' fate

I don't practice in the criminal law area, but I would think revoking his probation would usually be unlikely just because the offense is not "major" and not related/similar at all to the offense he is on probation for.

However, with high profile cases, there is really no guessing (I know I felt safer when they finally put Martha Stewart away).

Thank you. I can remember LSU fans calling Miami, Tenn, FSU, etc a team full of thugs. But hey LSU keeps violent thugs on their teams and they don't refer to their program is Thug State U. Strange huh.

And likely won't Baton Rouge is great for covering up for their own....as long as its popular athletes that is. Upshaw was A relative unknown at the time of his incident at least with no priors either.

By all reports you mean no reports. That's simply something LSU fans have pathetically made up - no legit news agency has reported that.

This made me actually LOL. You're talking about a city police dept that spent countless man hours and resources trying to find a way to get something to stick to a senior starting QB over a bar fight a few weeks before the season opener.

Unfortunately, this is the reality of the situation these days. The whole concept of a student athlete in general is a joke anyways (from before enrolling until the end). If you should go to jail. go to jail. If you are "eligible" - play.
