I'm not talking about stopping tragic events like this from happening, they are going to happen at any school. The purpose of this thread was to appeal to everyone to quit using this tragic event to take shots at a school that you happen to hate. Which is what everyone is doing. I just think that's low and classless and I would never do that. But I think I'm in a small minority on this thinking, unfortunately.

I haven’t. What events are we lamenting here? The only recent events with the loss of life I’m aware of are the UGA crash and the Bama basketball murder case.

The point of my thread was not to talk about changing the world and vanquishing evil. This was just about classless posters using this to take shots at UGA. The people that are posting these things don't care about any of this. They are just taking shots and I think it's pretty low.
