Consisting of President of each SEC University, Gov of each SEC state, 2 alumni of each state.
With power to fire and/or suspend bad referees/officiating crews.
Biased conference refs are ruining the integrity of college football (Big-10 officiating is almost as bad).

Trump might actually do it. Main Stream Media is the culprit. They demand that conferences deliver "Brand Name" teams for high playoff viewership.

The networks want the conferences to deliver the max viewership numbers, so the conferences create Super teams,
The Big-10 does the same thing with Ohio St - and, yeah, I hate that just as much.
