Chizik is not that old. plus, I am a still questioning some of Malzahn's playcalling at times.

Gus will be gone if not next year, most certainly the year after. I'm not worried about what's gonna happen when he leaves though.

Sounds like a bad idea to me. Gene is doing great and is a young guy. I would be afraid of messing things up even though it's gonna be tough to keep Malzahn around.
