We are talking about play on the field, and no one was talking to you tweetybird0001. Huston mason could have been the best qb at lsu in last several years. That shows how bad lsu has had lately. Stats are overrated. Jordan Jefferson had decent stats but does that mean he was a good qb??

Looks like you've just decided to go fully tard at this point.
You probably think freshman Jacob Eason was better than Hutson Mason too. Despite everything pointing to the contrary.
Hutson Mason and Danny Etling's senior season were pretty similar, both were solid but nothing spectacular or notable. Certainly not "worst QBs" to start for either school or close to it.

Answer my question thundersongbird! Was Jordan Jefferson a good qb for lsu??? Despite his goood Stats! Don't be an idiot, have courage! Jacob Eason wasn't very good either. He was Matt Stafford jr. Very overrated.

What good stats are you referring to exactly? Because even his best season he started, he was significantly worse than Mason, had a 137-138 passer rating, again, in his BEST season.
Mason started 1 year and was much better than Jefferson in any year

Td to int ratio and comp pct was pretty good. Love how you are dodging the question lol

A 137-138 passer rating is "pretty good" but 155 is "Worst ever" level?

Maybe you need to investigate Jefferson a little more closely before actually commenting.
Again, Jefferson was much worse than Mason.

Completion pct I meant

I provided that earlier in the thread

Worst to start a game is Brandon Avalos. Worst to start a season as the opening day starter is Danny Woodson.

How about we talk about Mason's 68% completion percentage his senior year since that's the direction you want to go now.
Also his 21 TD to just 4 INT, since you brought up TD:INT ratio
Worst ever, right?
Jefferson threw 34 TD to 20 INT and threw for under 59%, just to compare

Point is, his stats are conparable to some of the worst lsu qbs. He isn't comparable to some of the better qbs at uga

You are literally going in 10 different directions.
Let's get back to the original "point", which was you saying Mason was one of the worst starting QBs for UGA, which was a complete absurd stupid statement, considering in his only season he threw for 21 TD to 4 INT, completed 68% of passes and had a 155 QB Rating.
At no point in any of that screams close to "worst ever". Not sure what Jordan Jefferson has anything to do with any of that, Jefferson was a below average QB with stats significantly worse

If you see how he played on the field. He wasn't very talented at all. Yes he had good numbers but he was average at best.

‘04 Spencer Pennington says hello. DJ Hall & Keith Brown beat their corners deep in the ‘04 Iron Bowl plenty enough times to pull out the W and he couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn.
And yet he was better than Brandon Avalos.

Which is very similar to Etling's senior season at LSU, doesnt mean it was WORST QB to start for your school, which is what this thread is about.
Both Mason and and Etling had solid senior seasons, nothing spectacular, once again, but far from WORST. you seem to not grasp this concept.
Greyson Lambert was WORSE than Mason
Jacob Eason was WORSE than Mason
Joe Cox was WORSE than Mason
Probably none of those guys is close to WORST QB to start at UGA still though
