Nope...Nathan Peterman turned out to be a good QB...just was not properly prepared by the coaching staff. He threw for over 5,000 yards in 2 seasons after he left UT.
Butch Jones ran off some pretty good QBs. Dobbs was the only one who Butch wasn't able to run off with his shenanigans (i.e. circus barker act and gimmicky offense).

Mason was fine. I'd take Joe T. over Bauta. And whoever we had starting in 1995 between Bobo's injury and having to turn to Hines Ward was pretty horrible as well.

That kid couldn't even throw over 20 yards. Had a very weak arm. And not very mobile. He was a game manager if anything. Not very talented

You understand a QB who throws 21 TD to 4 INT at a 155 passer rating is not terrible, correct? You couldnt think of a worse QB to start for UGA? I could name several

Matt Stafford was overrated, don't give me the b.s. about the nfl. Because he had one good year at uga. Wasn't very accurate and most times overthrew receivers, throwing off his backfoot. Tebow had him.beat by a mile.and even wooodson was better at kentucky.
