Not even close. Arkansas or Mizzou, at their best, will always be worse. Have you been to those shithole parts of the country?

Only problem is that his record sucked the first few years. He only coached at Dallas 5 years and his first two were records of 1-15 and 7-9. Don't think Bama fans would have the patience for that.

Are you seriously implying that succeeding Nick Saban as Alabama coach is a more difficult task than succeeding Tom fricking Landry as the Dallas Cowboys head coach? The guy was the biggest sports figure in the most football-crazy state in the country. There are Cowboys fans who still haven't forgiven Jerry Jones for firing Tom Landry.

Your desperation is hilarious and entertaining.

I can only imagine the pain we have caused you the past five years.

It is very pathetic at this point, the L5u fans have officially been processed.

Interesting point. The last college football coach to follow Nick Saban was an idiot but was left a program so strong that he lasted a decade winning on talent alone

LSU had talent long before Saban.

We can just look to LSU to see how long a coach can live off what Saban built.

I mean, yeah, The Dolphins have been kicking arse since he left...

You do realize everyone here that has been to Fayetteville and Columbia knows you haven't actually been to either?

Got to agree with you on this one. They actually are very beautiful places.

They just need to hire Les. He did a great job following Saban at LSU

Honestly, he wouldn't be a bad hire. You know he won't torpedo the program. Plus some added benefit of the doubt, he could certainly win a title there. If not, they can him after 3-4 years, and hire Belichick.

Gumps celebrate recruiting title in Feb and March. Then comes Paul Finebaum season. Where the Gumps take turns telling everyone how great Saban is and being outraged that anyone dare questions Saban and not vote Bana #1 in football.

By your response you come off as the one that's desperate. I was just stating my opinion. Seems like thinking about Alabama football without Saban bothers you for some reason.

I don't get angered or "desperate" over a game.
