This game had 1-0 written all over it from the 2nd inning

It’s probably going to be Tech vs Oklahoma in the final. OU with 4 titles in a row and Tech having the best player in college softball. Lost both games to OU this year and Canady was beaten by OU in the CWS when she was at Stanford so there’s some pretty good storyline going on

Oh yeah let’s keep hosting these WCWS games in OKC where they can’t get the lights to work

I would have guessed your tears would have dried up by now.

Horn fans trying to act like those games we played were close need to stop … we was up 8 runs in 2 different games and while you did come back it wasn’t as close as the score indicated . You tend to ease up and one of the games we didn’t even use Landry for maybe one inning . Deal held you down for one game and our 4th string pitchers pitched 3 shutout innings . With that being said none of this has anything to do with this next game other than OU always coming out on top on the World Series …. Doubt may creep in !
I also am not counting Tenn out of this …. They are a really good team and could win a lot of games still. Ten has the highest upside with Pickens still . Imagine in 2028 having Pickens and Canaday as team USA pitchers ….wow .

Walk off HR to end a wild game. Now that kid in the stands can finally go to bed.

wtf
How is it obstruction when you have the ball 5-10 feet before the runner even gets there?
Stupid call helps Oregon tie up up in the seventh.

Tough rule as applied here, because it’s not a close play. But isn’t it just where you are before you have the ball?

That's pretty much it as I understand it. If they're blocking any part of the base or base path when not in possession of the ball, even if the runner is a mile away.
They've changed it at least once in the last couple of years, if not twice. I don't even remember what the changes were now, but the current rule, or at least its implementation, is completely ridiculous.
Thankfully, Game 3 put me to sleep, so I missed the excitement/frustration of seeing it live in Game 4.
I also heard the lights went out, and the world lost its fricking mind over it.

I think Tennessee goes home today. It’s hard to come back after what happened yesterday.

It had to be demoralizing, but those Vol girls are tough and talented. You could see their toughness in the way they reacted to the walk-off.
I expect a proper battle of elite teams tonight.
