Josh Prey just put Florida +4.5 as his best bet this week which makes me feel good. He is very accurate with his best bets usually.

Y'all pulled this shite last year.

Not me.I was confident going into
the game last year.

I knew we'd play better and Fromm
was always focused for the Gators.

Different story this year. Not sure what to think of the injury situation. We must get Pickens
and Davis back not to mention Cine,Rochester and Cleveland amongst others.

I'll have a better picture on Thursday or Friday.Lets see who travels to Jacksonville.

What happened with Pickens?

All we know is he has some type of upper body injury. Last week they hoped he would be ready, but he couldn't go. We won't know anything for a day or two about this week.

Grantham better keep Elam on Pickens all game.

Actually teams tried to do that the first couple of games and that is what got Kearis Jackson sprung and going.

Last year Cager won that game in a lot of ways.

I'll take damage from other guys. Hill is a good second corner. He is hard to beat deep but is young so will make mistakes. Elam is our lock down guy in man. We cant let Georgia choose their best option to take us to the woodshed.

Just like Georgia will have a massive plan for Pitts. We have to have the same for Pickens. Make the more unproven guys win the game.

Pickens is out for the next few weeks. Not gonna lie, I really wish we had Elam. I’m not sure he’d start but he’d be in the rotation and would hurt UF.

This is not a list of who’s out, btw. Just a list of who’s “banged up”...

I don't think many UGA fans are overly optimistic going into the cocktail party. Bennett is horrible and the D is banged up. I think UF wins a close one but it could go either way. UGA won't win in a shootout against anyone as Bennett has no business being on campus in the SEC and our D may not be capable of keeping UF off the field enough.

The OP said that neither coach is on a hot seat at the moment but the loser's seat is going to suddenly get much warmer. UF is almost desperate to get a win in the series and Smart's QB debacle is going to catch up with him if he doesn't correct it and damn quick.

Definitely had a great game and along with the questionable catch hurt Florida.

Understood, but outside of the Baylor game last year Jackson has been much more steadier than Pickens. Pickens makes the great acrobatic catches, but has not been consistent.

We need to. Pitts is probably the best TE in college football. he is a terrible mismatch for anybody.

I'm glad we've kept this a civil convo somehow for three pages...this is a first for a Florida-Georgia thread all year.

With UGA limping into this game on defense and having an offense that is no better and maybe worse than last year, I don't know what else UF needs to finally get the W. UF is coming in with a veteran and consistent offense that's all rested and recovered - surely they can score 30 on this banged up UGA defense? UGA is backed into a corner in this game and 2020 isn't looking good for the Dawgs.

We feel the same way. Seems like it is time. I want to believe it, but I think all of us are in wait and see mode. I got too hyped last year. I learnt my lesson.

I hope it stays civil. Both sets of fans can love their team and still be friendly towards each other. We just forget that sometimes.

Interestingly enough, two of my close friends are Florida fans.

You can imagine how we feel the last 15-20 years.
