With players returning, Mike Leach forced to come back to Starkville from Key West.

He’s expected to be back in Mississippi next week and expected to be in Mississippi throughout the summer.

I say he’ll be in Starkville for a decade. He’ll never win anything of note but he’ll have the occasional 9 or 10 win season that keeps him around.

Feels like four or five years and he either bounces because he’s hit the low ceiling Or he gets bounced.

They said he set sail yesterday and that he should hit the Mississippi beaches sometime next week, weather permitting.

Mediocre coaches rarely beat teams that are more talented, and that's basically what Leach has been doing his entire coaching career.
