i was getting at it is ridiculous to even bring up degrees... there is no proof, so why bring it up

If I remember correctly-The Old Ball Coach always has his team ready on ESPN Thurs Games-they have lost several in the final moments when that one play seems to elude them but-they are due to get one....tonights as good a night as ever-and I do respect the rebels...they have some players and should be respected-the Tigers better not overlook them for sure!!!

ole miss looks up to those that have actually won titles in the last 40 years. They feel it is important to have the best teams respect them and we are the only ones left that still look at them as runts.

I respect Ole Miss now and especially after we got whipped by them last year at home. Also I'm pulling for you guys to beat USC tonight. As long as we beat you (and everyone else on our schedule), it's in LSU's best interest right now for you to win.

With all due respect to SC, I don't think you hear Alabama, LSU, or Florida coaches making this statement. Really Houston, you come to Ole Miss for games against an unranked SC team with a subpar offense on a Thursday night??
I am a fan of what he is building there, but he needs to save the "this is what you come here for" statements for his games against Bama, LSU, etc., or even one day the SEC Championship.

I think you are mislead to the point of that quote. I'm pretty sure he's referring to a prime time game on national television where everyone's eyes are on YOU. This is the time to prove yourself.
Pretty sure that's what he meant. Not, "You come to Ole Miss to play South Carolina."

unlike LSU due to bandwagon fans (LSU has alot and i'm sure true LSU fans hate them)
what did you win last season at football? the filla bowl trophy
and no the reason you bring up baseball and basketball is because you have to have something to fall back on since your football team was mediocre last year and maybe more of the same this year
we win at nothing? so far we are higher ranked than you (pending tonight), went to a better bowl game than you, beat you last year, and beat last years NC
winning is the new fad at Ole Miss for the time being...
