Not really.

And did you mean going from 2008 to 2009?

I meant what I said, except the little typo.

Both teams were pretty solid in 2007 with good QBs, then the good QBs left and both teams sucked in 2008 with putrid offenses.

Pretty gross oversimplification, but both programs in a way were pretty similar during that time frame.

At the top yes, from top to bottom, no.

Vandy and Kentucky are too much dead weight.

The MS schools have waaaaaaay more potential.

A tad bit pre-mature.

We played in Atlanta 3 years ago. and have consistently had top 15 recruiting classes. People that think we'll be down forever, probably don't realize how many underclassmen we've been playing.

By 2012 there won't be a more experienced team in the country.

UT absolutely is a big 6er, even if they went winless for the next 5 years. Entry into this elite pantheon is a result of an entire history's worth of achievement. Not what have you done in the last 2 years.

To be honest, the big 6 will ALWAYS be the big 6.

Big 6 status requires a SEC championship and a NC too. Sorry Sug. You are not invited into our club.

Then who replaces UT? And it should probably be someone from the east.

SC? Kentucky?

Yes I claim them. You think they are gone forever?

It didn't take us long to recover from the Zook years did it. They have a few more challenges but they will be back sometime soon for sure.
