We finished last season with a loss to Louisville 41-0. Now this:

After Kentucky’s win over LSU, Logan Young, a media member from Danville, approached Kenny Minchey and told him about Jamaree Johnson. Minchey showed his support by posing with a Danville Admirals hat. A small gesture that means a ton to a community in mourning.

I'm happy for Stein, and the UK fans, even if one of those wins was at the expense of my team.

Just don't get too hard on him when the law of averages catches up to him. You can't live on the razor's edge for too long without giving something away.

He's 2-for-2. He'll miss one of his calls eventually.

No question. I said this in a thread yesterday, we have been lucky to be in the position to do that twice AND succeed with it twice. It's playing with fire, but no one expected us to be in that position in either game, so I get why he did it, but yes, that will fail sooner or later.

People complained about Kiffin not going for it on 4th down, but I still think that was the smart call at the time, given the field position and that our kicker had looked bad missing 2 FG right before.

We know that. It's better to have a coach willing to do that, play to win, and go for it, rather than to play conservative with a clinched butthole trying to white knuckle it across the finish line 14-10 every Saturday.

We gave up 3 scores under Stoops and the game was pretty much over. We were down 17-0 AT South Carolina under Stein and still won.

My outrage at his decision has cooled since the game ended. I think he really believed he had a defense he could trust.

I’m supremely annoyed with Blake Baker and his inability to defend at the end of the half / game.
