Serious question for LSU fans. At one time was Tiger Stadium not called DEAF Valley? If so when was the change made.

Never.
Also, I've not posted that score once. I like Clemson but at the end of the day - they're posers.

LSU and Clemson are going to switch schedules if LSU concedes

You simply cannot have it both ways. Either concede Clemson is the real Death Valley or you have to quit riding that tiger dick.
The rules couldn’t be any clearer
You don't make the rules around the these parts.
Have a great day!

Did it go all five pages like this? Why don't people just look at the user's name, versus just the logo next to it? It still makes me laugh...

Although I like the score part, I do think that both of us can call our respective stadiums Death Valley. It's just a nickname. The real names are Memorial and Tiger.
Clemson was the first to be called that (Frank Howard in the '40s ?), so Memorial is the 'original' Death Valley.
Tiger Stadium has only been called that since about the mid-60s. Legend has it that a local sportswriter coined the term "Deaf Valley" and that morphed into Death Valley, but I don't know if I believe that.
There's nothing wrong with having 2 Death Valleys. There are 2 Mercedes Benz Stadiums.

We do not have to concede didly. If and when your tigers, emphasis on lowercase t, ever reach the accomplishments of the real Tigers of LSU then we may allow you to use that term, thus death Valley South and death Valley East. I must admit I do not hate your Fanbase especially because of what you have done against those banners.

2 natties in 3 years. 4 straight playoff appearances. What exactly does LSU have an advantage in?

In all fairness, Clemson is tied with LSU in NC’s and more likely will win more before LSU wins another. National championships is the major accomplishment and I would say Clemson is right there with LSU.

Record book indicates LSU has beaten Clemson 2-1. That’s all.

So by that logic, LSU is below Florida.

All I can tell you is that in '58 or '59 (?), LSU Radio network, Mr. John Ferguson or Mr. Walter, were calling Tiger Stadium "Death Valley". Wish I could provide a link, but I've searched before and could not produce...I HEARD IT.
