Leach is looking for a legacy. He will retire at State. He has never won a NC. He realizes probably all that is missing is a great defense. We have the money to hire a great DC. His offense with a equally sound defense???

He's his won OC so someone said he could very well offer around 1.8 a year for a top DC

Realistically, State fans should expect 6-8 wins yearly with 9+ wins possible once every 4-5 years.
Next year, however, will be rough, you’ll be lucky to get 6 wins. Leach is smart and knows he doesn’t have the personnel yet. So you won’t see his full offense in 2020 because he’ll cater it around what his guys can do.
State fans, I beg you, be patient with the man. He’s not using MSU as a steppingstone like Mullen so give him time. The future is bright for the Bulldogs especially have Rogers at QB because Leach will definitely build around him, hell he offered him at Wazzu.
