the rest of the SEC probably wants lee to start

can't be any worse than jefferson.

JJ is regressing like a mofo, and the offense is sputtering.

Les avoids controversy for as long as he can.

I doubt it. Les likes Jefferson for some odd reason! It is a mystery to me as to why. Unless he can handle the "lesticals" better then Lee can.

no way will he start, but I do see him getting at least 1 meaningful series, maybe more depending on how he and JJ perform

If i was a MSU fan i would want JJ to start as Lee is a better passer. Just have to watch the pick 6's

There's no way Lee can be that much better, given that he's getting the same coaching and would be in the same offense.

Much quicker release, throws a better long ball, just makes a few too many mistakes

That quick pass he threw to RR was tight. J. Lee is pretty snake bit, but someone has to step up.

I'd say give him a shot. If the pass can't soften up for the run then LSU will have a tough row to hoe.

No, I will be very surprised if Jefferson loses his starting position over one horrible game.

If its obvious Jefferson is struggling again after 2-3 series, then maybe just maybe we see Jarret Lee come in for a series or two.

just MADE a few too many mistakes. Lee deserves a shot b/c JJ is lost imo.

I'm guessing what will happen is that Lee will come in for a few series each quarter, similar to what the staff did with Perriloux in 2007 and Lee in 2008.

Lee is fine without the pressure of starting, and I'm thinking that rotating out and watching from the sidelines for a few series will do wonders for JJ as well.
