And subsequently voted in by the residents of Tuscaloosa.
Donno why you’re twisting facts and bringing up irrelevant facts to attempt to mislead. Must be a trait for people associated with Bama. Oats, now you. Despicable.

Well, he’s an Auburn grad, so that makes sense.
Undergrad at Auburn. JD from Alabama.

He was appointed
Appointed to finish a term left by his predecessor. Subsequently elected to the office.
I’m starting to believe these bama fans have absolutely no ability to be objective on anything related to athletics.

It was in his car. He drove the car. He did not touch the gun

Plenty of Auburn grads go to Bama for law school. He's making a political decision. It has nothing to do with where he went to school.

He is an elected official, which is why he hasn't indicted Bama's star player.
I doubt quite seriously the majority of Alabama fans who are registered to vote in Tuscaloosa County had ever heard of Brandon Miller before yesterday afternoon.

Is this what they teach in logical reasoning at Bama?
What is the IQ requirement for admissions to Bama? 80?
Gumps gonna gump.

If I had to guess, I’d say it has more to do with your absolute euphoria that a member of your basketball team helped murder a woman and is getting away with it.

OJ Simpson was accused of and charged with two counts of first degree murder. Brandon Miller hasn't been accused of or charged with anything.

“Based on what we know, the declination by the Tuscaloosa DA is correct and Miller should not be charged,’’ said Jay Town, a former U.S. Attorney and prosecutor in Madison County. “It doesn’t appear evidence exists that Miller knew that transferring the firearm was for an unlawful purpose, hindsight notwithstanding.”
I'd be interested to know if the DA has a copy of Miles or Miller's phone records. I find it hard to believe Miles texted Miller and Miller just ran to the scene without calling Miles to ask why he needed the gun. It appears they are just taking Miller at his word when he told them he didn't know why Miles needed the gun.

The member of our basketball team who helped murder a woman is behind bars and charged with murder.

If your personal gun is in my car and you call me asking for it back, I'm not going to ask questions. I'm going to bring it to you because it's yours.
