I just said this but Pearl has mastered the system. Next year all we'll need is 15 wins. 
We play in the most stacked Maui field ever, play Uconn at home, most likely a rematch with Pitt, play @Memphis, @Wisconsin, @West Virginia plus Belmont, Oakland at the Pistons arena, and CoC.

UT is a lock anyone that has paid attention to what the committee says every year would know that. Are they backing in, yes, but they played a hard schedule and beat enough teams.

Playing nobodies in non-conference and racking up wins means absolutely nothing nowadays. Ask Andy Kennedy, he's knocking out 20 or so wins every year and we haven't even hardly been on the bubble.
I do think Pearl has mastered the RPI/SOS system.
Play a hard as hell non-conference, win a few of them and you can crap the bed come conference time.

To be fair, this is the first year Pearl's had to rely on this to get in the tourney due to poor conference play. Usually it's just helped our seeding.

I agree. I don't feel Tennessee is worthy to dance with the way they have performed over the last few months. But pearl is a genious and get them in regardless. Ugghh I'm so jealous of tennessee's program. We have busted our butts night in and night our for that bid. We showed great resiliency coming back from 8-6 and UT just has cruised and takes the bid for granted.

And usually we dont have a ton of shitty loses to teams like Charlotte and Oakland
