you have to compete for the national title every year or you get fired.

what big time coach will want to go there if this keeps up 5 years from now?

Why don't you go back to the MSB and make another dumbass topic. We don't need your dumbass topics to start cluttering this board as well.

It already has, or did you not notice Tennessee settling for a coach the Minnesota Golden Gophers wouldn't hire

A big time coach looking for 4 million a year!! who gives a shite about staying in one place long when you can go make the million and be fired with more money being thrown at you while being kicked out the door!!!

I wonder if Auburn would take a look at Tressel's resume or just straight up tell him, "No. We've seen what you do against SEC schools"?

This was about as dumb of a firing as when Ohio State fired Earle Bruce in 1987.

This firing may get played like that in the national media, but the fact of the matter is that Tuberville was done in by people who got burned during jetgate. They have been sharpening their knives waiting for the opportunity and unfortunately, Tommy gave it to them this year.

You only have about 4 more years with Tressel..

He can't win the big one anymore, he is out soon enough if he can't win the big bowl games

RR may get the ax at UM if he goes 3-9 again

Short leash on big boy programs

tressel is just 0-3 in the big one (non counting michigan games) the last two years.

not that bad.

i see big things with pryor before he leaves. i think tressel is here as long as he wants.

Alright, I'll stay on topic then.

Apparently guys like Les Miles would rather coach in the SEC for millions of dollars than go to Big 10 schools (like Michigan) where they think their shite doesn't stink.

Damn, I just can't help myself. I'm sorry.

You big ten softies hate competition. Thats why every year who ever makes it out alive from the SEC goes up and whoops your guys arse.

Arkansas will play and beat OSU in a bowl in the next 5 years. Mark it down.

bullshite. You are trying to rationalize the SEC's demise based on the fact that we expect excellence. No coach will want to come....good grief. The only people this will scare off are people that have no business coming here in the first place. We are a bunch of badasses with big penors. Get on board or get off our board. We rule, you suck... etc, etc.
