AND, there has never been a repeat winner in the BCS era. that pretty much means La. or Fla. is up for a third.

You've got two teams that have reached the pinnacle of college football the past 2 consecutive years, and both have done it under vastly different circumstances.
Bama has done with a business like approach, under a coaching staff with a proven record of putting players in the NFL.
Auburn has done it with a family like approach that appears to be a little more laid back.
Auburn had the additional luxury this recruiting season of being able to offer substantial early playing time.

Bubba the Auctioneer was late to the festivities because his '79 F-150 got stuck in the mud in downtown Tuhbakky Chew, Ala. He was riding with Father Newton and Mike Price in the back seat.
