I think they’re worried our 3 million dollar OL HC is going to do better than their 4 million year guy with one year of HC experience that took over a loaded roster from the last coach.

Don't forget the part where he used the same introductory speech at Mizzou as he did at App State.
This indicates, to me anyways, that he may be lazy. I think he's a maintainer.

Because they know it'll look bad when Pittman turns out to be a better hire than the guy they're paying $4M/yr. for going 11-1 at a Sun Belt program who's averaged 9-10 wins the previous four seasons.
