Yeah...we were charged with anal buggery after we made LSU quit in the Swamp last year...so we were not able to travel as well...but hope you enjoyed the caboose ruckus as much we did and I see Clemson made you their biatch also...that Peach Fuzz Bowl was sweet for you and glad we could make those travel arrangements for ya.

Let's not divert everyone's attention here.... We all need to be focused on Alabama's conference schedule, not Florida's OOC schedule
actually, this is why everyone hates LSU fans

You probably shouldn't make fun of them for losing to Clemson when you got handled by Louisville.

As an ULM alumni I would personally like to think you for giving us the biggest celebration I have ever seen/been apart of here in Monroe.

It is weird for one of the nation's most important programs to never leave the state to play interesting OOC opponents. Obviously they don't have to so they've decided not to... but they have deprived their fans of an interesting change of pace game against more interesting teams.
It doesn't even have to be a true away game. If they played a neutral site like Dallas or Atlanta to start the year that would give them another game as the center of national attention and allow their alumni in ATL or Dallas to see them (when they may rarely get that chance)

The Syracuse game at the Carrier Dome in 1992 scarred them for life. Seriously, Florida has always been surprisingly mediocre in non-conference games. Spurrier only had a 6-5 bowl record at Florida and was only 5-8 against Florida State over that time. They're also only 1-4 in their last five games against Miami and their record against the Big 10 is uninspiring. Urban Meyer's the only Florida coach who has beaten good non-conference teams with regularity. They're like the antithesis of Les Miles teams at LSU.

To give a serious answer, it's their AD Foley or at least that's what they always say to cover their asses when in truth their just a bunch of chickenshits

Or it all could just go back to the fact that UF doesn't need to schedule any. I don't understand why that's so hard to understand.
If they go 13-0 they are in Natty title.
If that ever stopped happening then they would change up, but for right now they have no reason to.
So they will just play more home games and make money and have an easier path to natty title.

Where was all of this whining when UF was playing a top 5 FSU team every year for like 15 straight years?
UF is one team that should NEVER have to apologize for their schedule.
UF goes every other year only having 3 SEC home games because of the WLOCP.
Seriously, how many years is UF in the national title discussion in the 90's if they didn't have to play Florida State every year?
In 1990, they would have been 10-1.
In 1993, they would have been 10-1.
In 1994, they would have again been 10-1 and in the title discussion.
In 2000, they would have been a 1 loss team looking for a spot in a national title game.

To be fair, those FSU teams Spurrier coached against were really fricking good.
Miami was also a good team in all of those games that Florida lost.
I mean, since 2005, UF is 6-2 in bowl games, so it's not like they've sucked or anything.

This can apply to any SEC team at this point but we don't do it. Why? See my post above

mid to late 80s. the 90s were a terrible decade of LSU football (the worst in the history of the school if you look at winning percentage).
There was a single pretty good year (10-2 record) in that stretch and the time LSU knocked off the undefeated Gators (ranked #1 and coming off their 96 NC) but a lot of bad with the three coaches at LSU's head in that stretch

Wasnt making fun per Clemson...we got nut sacked by UL....the point was Tut brought up sex offender status as a reason UF may not have traveled well to Sugar and left it wide open for a good come back.
Most of the SEC doesnt understand the problem with a neutral site every year on your schedule (less $$ than a home game)and a rotation of an instate rival which in the 1990s was damn good. It really doesnt matter how good the girls school was though...we had to go to their house every other year. Its about $$.

Again, wouldn't have mattered. Nebraska, Penn St, and Miami were all undefeated.
