I don’t see Arkansas bowing out and losing by 16

The reason the line is 16 is to get half of the bets on Bama and the other half for Arky and the bookie gets the sugar.
Anyhow, half of the betting public thinks the same way you do. Half doesn't.

What happened last year has no bearing on what will happen this year.

So by looking at LSU in 2019, LSU should have done pretty well in 2020. I wasn’t watching that year. How’d it turn out for the tigers?

Doesn't surprise me in the least. We still have a lot to prove obviously and Bama is the team to beat in the West.

The betting public probably won't put money on us unless the deal can be sweetened.

No disrespect to Bama ... I think this is a deal (-16) if you want to lay money on the dog errr hog.

After a tough loss, I have to like our chances and we're playing at home. In the last couple of years, Bama hasn't done well on the road. They got a lot of young (yet greatly talented) players who may get a litle nervous playing in front of hostile crowds.

Alabama hasn't looked good all season

Well, opinions differ. I would say right on schedule for four games. Not exactly when a team wants to hit their peak. Having found a way to survive the Austin shitshow is a positive.

Bama by 17-20. Bama can run well enough to keep Hogs defense honest. Bama will throw at a 70% mark and over the top of the Hogs secondary that isn't very good.

Bama can load up and contain Hogs running game well enough that KJ is going to have to pass and make decisions. He is a great runner, a very average passer, and not a great decision maker.

Game will not be that close. Take Bama and give the points.

Gonna throw some on the hogs, we’re just not a great road team with BoB calling the plays
