Why has USCe remained so irrelevant for so long?

You would think the residual Ga recruits would spill over into their state somehow.

Any who...it will be nice sticking it to them for the 4th year in a row.

Why has UGA underachieved and done less with more for nearly 3 decades with all that in state talent and built in advantages?

USC!?!?! when's the last time UGa was relevant in anything besides last year? and you screwed the pooch on that one, didn't you? what other sports program could have the assets, recruits, money, and facilities like UGA and only thing you can brag about legitimately is women's gymnastics.

here's line from braveheart for you:

"Don't change the f---ing subject"

you have two options here in this discussion before you hijack the threat further: UGa or USCe.

1. State of less than 5 million people

2. Share recruits with in-state rival Clemson

3. Close proximity to UGA, UT, UF, FSU, Bama and Auburn

4. Less incentive to win, as fans show up win or lose

To be fair, if any team knew about irrelevancy even more than USC it would be MSU. Still, it’s odd having an MSU fan say anything when UGA is in contention for a championship every 5 years. Top 5 finishes 2002, 2007, 2012, and now 2017. With Kirby getting Richt’s players there when Richt never could, it seems UGA has moved in the right direction to get over the hump. Not sure if MSU has done the same trading Mullen for Moorehead.

UGa also has a monopoly in its state, and that's the best you come up with? your football is a real one trick pony, and it's not even impressive.

Exactly my point, you'd think the brides maid would be the bride in one of those years

#11 all time wins.
#3 all time bowl wins.
#2 all time SEC titles.

A 50-18-2 record against the gamecocks.

And the best looking coeds in the conference on gameday.

Yeah. We must be slumming it.

You would think so, but Richt happened to have Saban and Meyers in the same conference to contend with and I think everyone would agree that he just wasn’t/isn’t good enough to beat them. That’s why UGA canned him in hopes of Kirby finally getting them there. He’s done well so far. Hopefully he finally gets it otherwise it’s just more of the same.

Key word back to back seasons. That's pretty pathetic only 3 11 seasons this decade. Only by the peacocks standards is that a accomplishment.
