Hey I love Louisiana more than most but in the metrics you mentioned:
Food: not even close LA all day
Music: we are the land of GODS in American music. I would say MS starting it, MS wins in a landslide. LA after and current, landslide in LA favor.
Party: well at the end of the day waaaaaay too late, there we both are, drunk as hell, potentially both embarrassing our families, need to go home and not be in public. We prob both should not brag about this category.
